Step 1: Book Your Consultation
Time: 45–60 minutes
We begin with a personal consultation—at your home or office. Your Clothier will get to know your lifestyle, profession, preferences, and how you like your clothing to fit. This is more than a fitting; it’s a conversation. We’ll discuss everything from your daily routine to upcoming events to ensure your wardrobe is both functional and flattering.
Imagine your Clothier as your tailor, personal shopper, stylist, and image consultant—all in one. Over time, we’ll learn your style intuitively, anticipating your needs and offering elevated recommendations season after season.

Step 2: Fabric Selection
We carry the most refined fabrics from iconic mills across Italy, the UK, Spain, and Australia. Your Clothier will walk you through options by origin, weave, wool grade, breathability, weight, and even price. We’ll help you select materials based on how you live, work, and move—ensuring your garments serve your lifestyle and complement your existing wardrobe.
We also keep a detailed record of your past orders to avoid redundancy and to guide you toward a cohesive, versatile collection.

Step 3: Design & Personalization
This is where your style speaks. Together, we’ll finalize every detail of your garment—from lapel and shoulder style to pocket type, buttonhole orientation, pleats, vents, linings, and more.
Each element is considered through the lens of your daily life. Are you on the move? Traveling often? Office to dinner? Every choice supports how your garment will look, feel, and function in real time.

Step 4: Measurement & Fit Profiling
Your Clothier will take over 40 individual measurements to create a pattern that is uniquely yours. Every 1/8" is considered. As we gather more data about how you like to wear your clothing—roomy or fitted, structured or relaxed—we refine your profile to deliver consistency and comfort across future orders.
This is one of the key distinctions between BBespoke and other custom clothiers: our uncompromising attention to fit.

Step 5: Construction, Production & Fittings
Once your order is placed, our global team of artisans and tailors begin bringing your garment to life—crafted with precision and care down to the millimeter.
Production takes approximately 4–6 weeks for suits and 3 weeks for custom shirting. When your garments are ready, your Clothier will schedule a fitting at your convenience. If needed, we’ll handle final adjustments with our trusted local tailor—typically completed in 4–7 days.

Step 6: Your Long-Term Style Partner
Once your fit is perfected, your experience becomes even easier. If you’re a member of our QG Club, we’ll proactively help manage your wardrobe through curated digital lookbooks, seasonal recommendations, and personalized updates every 2–4 months.
