Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Appointments for fittings or consultations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked service.

Returns & Refunds

Because each garment is handcrafted and custom-fit, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, if needed, you may transfer your consultation or service credit to another individual. All purchases must be used within one calendar year of the purchase date.

Purchases

To purchase a garment or service, you may be required to provide personal and payment information including your name, billing address, and credit card details. By submitting this information, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or inaccurate information.
