BBespoke Apparel is a Private Shopping Showroom using only custom-made garments and products. Think of us as your Image Consultant, Personal Stylist, and Tailor all rolled into one!
Where are you located, and do you serve outside your region?
We are based in Franklin Lakes, NJ, and serve clients nationwide through on-site appointments and virtual consultations.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
No. Initial consultations are done via phone call to discover if we would be a good fit for you. If you choose to move forward, we will set up an appointment in our Showroom where we will take care of everything - measurements, fabric selection, styling, etc.
What should I expect during a first appointment?
We’ll discuss your style goals, take detailed measurements, and explore fabric and design options. This is a collaborative process where we will get to learn more about you, which will help develop your own style and confidence.
Do you offer virtual fittings?
Yes! We provide full virtual consultations and fittings via video, using step-by-step guidance and pre-measured form submissions.
How many appointments are required for a suit?
Typically, two: the initial measurement/design session and a fitting once your garment arrives. Additional adjustments are included as needed. All adjustments are done on site with our In-House Tailor.
How long does it take to receive my garment?
Standard turnaround for suits is 4–5 weeks. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost. Custom Shirts take about 3 weeks.
What kinds of garments can you create?
We make bespoke suits, sport coats, trousers, dress shirts, tuxedos, overcoats, wedding attire, bomber jackets, vests, shoes, belts, and travel bags.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes—we offer curated packages (e.g., work wardrobe, groom & groomsmen, capsule collection) to streamline the experience and maximize value.
Do you also provide a la carte-tailored garments?
Absolutely—everything is available à la carte. Choose exactly the pieces you want as standalone garments.
How do wedding packages work?
Our wedding packages include personalized style consulting, garment design, fittings for the groom and groomsmen, and delivery in time for the wedding. These are great because the groom can get everything needed for their Big Day from one place and have input into how it looks and fits.
Can you match a wedding color palette?
Yes—we can incorporate custom linings, piping, stitch accents, or accessories aligned with your theme.
How much does a custom suit cost?
Pricing starts at $1,495, with variations depending on fabric choice, construction method, and complexity.
Is there a price difference between à la carte and packages?
À la carte pricing is item-based; package pricing bundles multiple garments and typically includes a discount off individual pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers (ACH), Zelle, and cash. Payment plans may be available for packages—ask during consultation. We also accept Bitcoin, XRP, and Solana.
Is there a deposit required, and what is your cancellation policy?
Payment is due 100% at the time of ordering. Once an order is placed, there are no refunds or cancellations are accepted. We will ensure you are 100% satisfied with what we design before entering any orders.
What if my garment doesn’t fit properly?
We offer complimentary adjustments within 30 days of delivery. In rare cases, we may remake the garment to ensure a perfect fit. We won’t stop until we achieve your best Fit.
Do you tailor garments not made by BBespoke?
We primarily service BBespoke-made garments but can recommend trusted tailors for external garment alterations.
Do you store my measurements?
Yes—your measurements and fit preferences are securely saved for future orders and seasonal updates.
How often should I update my measurements?
We recommend updating if it's been 12 months or if there’s been a major lifestyle change.
Can I bring someone to my fitting?
Yes—feel free to bring whomever you like! Space permitting, as our Showroom can comfortably fit 4-8 people.
Do you offer accessories?
Yes—we curate accessories like ties, pocket squares, belts, and collaborate with premium shoemakers for bespoke options.
What about ethical sourcing?
We partner with fabric mills known for sustainable practices and traceable sourcing. Ask your consultant for details.
How should I care for my custom garments?
We provide detailed care cards. Typically, hang overnight, steam as needed, and only dry-clean sparingly to preserve fabric integrity.
What is your privacy policy regarding measurement data?
We retain your data solely for service purposes and do not sell information. You can request data deletion anytime—email support.
Do you offer gift cards or experience gifting?
Yes—we offer gift certificates and curated consultation experiences that make excellent gifts.
Are there group or corporate appointment options?
We offer group bookings for groomsmen, teams, or corporate clients—email us to schedule.
What’s your lead time for pop-ups or traveling fittings?
We typically require 8–12 weeks’ notice and more for bridal/wedding parties. Reach out to check availability.
